On receiving my bottle the base was faulty. The customer service I received was fast, functional and friendly. They immediately express posted a new base to me. I've been using my bottle everyday for a few weeks now and love it. Based on the customer service alone I would happily purchase their other products.

Wonderful customer service
I had a couple of issues with the base of water bottle but the customer service I received was so wonderful, always would get back to my emails, offer help and advice and happily replaced my base when nothing I did could fix it. I don’t feel you get such amazing service like this at many places any more especially if there is an issue with the product.

You can really taste the difference in the water and I have found that it does hydrate more than normal water!

Awesome product
Great product and customer service, totally recommend I had a little issue with a bottle base and it was promptly resolved with a new base sent to me super fast. I've been using it daily with no further issues. I also bought a case for my bottle and is way better to carry around without damage.
